The vibrant colors speak volumes about happiness and

light. The Entity is to the right of the heart, barely visible,

but nonetheless touched by the light of the Creator.

The descending squares on the upper right also denote the

light of the Creator entering the painting. A bright. happy

Change Now - a contemporary figurative oil painting

When the middle eastern chaos broke out a few weeks ago, I saw a compelling picture online of a Bahraini woman in grief. It just stopped me in my tracks. So I broke free from a literal interpretation, and the painting turned into this. May there be Peace on Earth.
